Ensynch is looking for a Project Manager with strong Logistics experience for a direct hire position with one of our clients in the Scottsdale, AZ.

DESCRIPTION:
As part of the Group's directives to build a coherent IT delivery and development centre, Logistics Portfolio is seeking an achievement-oriented and self motivated candidate with proven project management track record to fill a key role in Customer Implementation. The incumbent is responsible to seamlessly onboard customers into a vast landscape of IT Logistics products and services.

The incumbent must possess a "can-do", high energy spirit with an ability to provide innovative solutions to any challenges that may arise from issues/problems in the process of Customer Implementation.

Key Accountabilities/Duties

• Provide the end to end IT project and implementation management to onboard customer into the offered IT products and services.
• Perform concise and detail analysis on accurate and complete Business Requirement Documents.
• Creates high level functional specifications for discussion with internal IT teams.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to explore, prioritize and implement effective and innovative solutions for customers.
• Solicit and consolidate effort and cost estimation from internal IT teams.
• Facilitate integration testing across IT products and services.
• Facilitate User Acceptance testing with ASO and business units.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams in problem determination and resolutions.
• Engage IT management appropriately for issues escalation and resolution proposals.
• Render guidance and support to the management to reinforce a positive work culture so as to enhance performance and colleague engagement.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant Project Management experience with exposure to complex IT landscapes
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience in effort and cost management
• Experience in management status reporting
• Ability to resolve high tension issue tactically
• Relevant SDLC experience with exposure in enterprise software development is a plus
• Experience with Logistics/3PL operations and/or technology is a plus
• Proficiency to work under EDI, J2EE, .Net, Client Server, Mainframe, AS400 environment.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, Visio.
